Hiring Process

We have put together some information to assist you when hiring from Party On Wheels.

  • Please select the items you would like to hire for your special occasion or event, keep in mind the number of people, age groups and other requirements.
  • Call our office on (03)9704-1414 to place your order for your special occasion or event.
  • We will confirm all details, cost, hire arrangements and time of delivery. We will also request details of venue, for example, access to property, etc.
  • Pay a deposit of between $50 - $100 to secure your booking by credit card or mail (we accept money orders).
  • You will be sent a Tax Invoice and Hire Agreement
  • We will deliver and install the equipment on hire
  • Please note all Jumping Castles must be erected on grass or soft ground and will require 240V AC (within 20 meters of a fixed powerpoint).
  • All equipment will be in a clean condition and ready for your enjoyment.
  • We will ensure you understand and are comfortable with all relevant safety requirements, procedures and protocols
  • We will leave the premises unless arrangements have been made for a hosting service.
  • After the hire period has concluded, we will dismantle and pick up the equipment promptly.
